Rectol is a topical ointment for the anal/rectal area.
Hemorrhoid disease (grade 1, 2 and 3) and fissure
Duration of use:
A. Fissure: Apply Rectol on the area of fissure 2 times daily until recovery, then insert cotton gauze on the anus.
B. Hemorrhoid disease grade 1: Twice daily (every 12 hours) for 4 days.
C. Hemorrhoid disease grade 2 and 3: Twice daily (every 12 hours) for 4 days and for the prevention of recurrence of hemorrhoid once daily.
How to use:
First, take out the piston and fill the cylinder with Rectol ointment. Insert the piston into the cylinder, push it to release Rectol ointment into the rectum, and then take out the applicator and put it away. Finally, place some cotton on the anal area and rest.
No side effects have been reported yet.
Warnings and Precautions:
Caution: Apply small amount of Rectol on forearm before usage, if redness appears, do not use it.
Notice: Usage during lactation and pregnancy is permitted.
Storage Conditions:
Keep in a cool and dry place (at 25°C), and out of reach of children.
Packaging:
20 g tube with 8 applicators.
